VERSION 3 · 3 October 2026
Notifications and communication
Notifications follow your device's system permission and your in-app preferences. In Profile → Notification settings you can turn them on or off and change the time and the kinds you receive. Changes are saved automatically.
Garden reminder: if you haven't picked a flower that day, one gentle reminder arrives at your chosen time (21:00 by default); if you have, nothing is sent. Announcements and offers are a separate preference; they may include news and brand collaborations and can be turned off at any time.
The Home Screen widget is not a notification: it shows your garden through the day and asks for today's flower in the evening. You can remove it from your Home Screen at any time.
The notification time follows your local time zone. Exact delivery time can't be guaranteed because of connectivity, device settings and the operating system. Turning notifications off doesn't delete earlier notification cards in the app.
To deliver notifications, your device push token is used with Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service. Tapping a notification opens the related part of the app.
Transactional emails you ask for, such as sign-in codes, are separate from offers. Support: [email protected].
