1. The service Flower My Day, provided by Doğukan Yılmazel, is a personal journal app. Each day you record your mood with a flower and, if you like, add a short note and a photo; over time your entries appear as a garden. Contact: [email protected]. 2. Your account and content You are responsible for protecting access to your account and for holding the necessary rights to what you upload. Don't upload content that violates others' privacy, is unlawful or harmful. Don't try to bypass the system's security or access other people's accounts. You keep the rights to your notes and photos; they are stored and processed only to provide the app's features. 3. Nature of the service The app is a personal record and self-reflection tool; it does not provide psychological, medical or professional support, diagnosis or treatment. If you are going through a difficult time, please reach out to a professional, or to local emergency services in an emergency. 4. Subscription, trial and cancellation Monthly and yearly subscriptions are offered. The current price, currency, subscription period and any free trial are shown on the App Store screen before you confirm a purchase. Trials are offered only to accounts Apple deems eligible; opening the app or creating an account does not start a trial by itself. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. If you don't want to be charged after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple's purchase screen and subscription management are authoritative for renewals, price changes and period ends. To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Flower My Day. Apple shows the cancellation and the date access ends. You can restore earlier access with Restore purchases in the app. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; your mandatory consumer rights are reserved. Deleting the app or your app account does not cancel a subscription. Time-limited test access is not a paid subscription; it ends at the stated time and never turns into a paid subscription on its own. The app is licensed under Apple's standard end user license agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms describe the service and do not create a custom EULA in place of Apple's standard license. 5. Availability and changes The service may be interrupted for maintenance, connectivity or third-party issues. Features and this text may change over time; the published version and date are shown on this page. Nothing here removes consumer rights under mandatory law. 6.
